General information

1. Shipments are scheduled in advance for each batch. You can see the date of the next planned shipment on the announcement at the top of the website.

2. You can find available destinations, estimated delivery times (they do not include the time between ordering and the planned shipping date), and shipping rates below.

3. If your country is not listed, feel free to contact me to discuss custom shipping options.

Shipping options

1. If there are multiple shipping options available for your region, you can select your preferred method at checkout.

2. Options vary in speed and price.

3. "Standard" refers to the services of Poczta Polska, the state postal administrator in Poland. Once abroad, the packages are handeld by state postal administrators of a given country.

Customs & import fees

Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes (if applicable) are not included in the item or shipping price. These charges are imposed by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility. I strongly recommend checking with your local customs office for any potential fees before placing an order.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link. Please monitor the tracking information provided. I do not actively track packages after they are shipped.

Delivery responsibility

1. If the delivery attempt fails and the package is not picked up within 30 days, it will be returned to me.

2. If a package is returned due to non-collection or incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for any reshipping costs and potential losses.
