By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. All products are handmade, and slight variations or imperfections are part of their unique character.

2. I take care to package all items securely, but once the order is shipped, I am not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages caused by the courier or postal services.

3. A tracking link will be provided. You are responsible for tracking your parcel and ensuring it is collected if a delivery attempt fails. Packages not picked up within 30 days are returned to me.

Shipping

All shipping details, including available destinations, rates, delivery estimates, and customs responsibilities, are outlined on the "shipping" page.

Returns/refunds

1. Returns and refunds are not accepted.

2. If your package arrives damaged, you must check in the presence of the courier whether the contents sustained damages as well. Then, you can contact me within 3 days of delivery, including photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label in your message. We may initiate a damage claim with the shipping carrier and possibly arrange a refund for shipping costs if approved, but they require proof that the damage was sustained before delivery.

Privacy

1. I only collect the data necessary to fulfill your order, e.g. name, address, email, phone number, and payment confirmation.

2. Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties, except where required to fulfill your order (e.g. shipping companies).

3. Payment information is securely handled via PayPal or Stripe. I do not have access to your credit card or payment details.

4. Photos or other content you share with me will not be used publicly without your explicit permission.

5. If you subscribe to my newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time, and your email address will be removed.

Currency & payments

All prices on this website are listed in PLN (Polish Złoty), with EUR and USD estimates in descriptions. If you are purchasing from outside Poland, your payment provider (e.g. PayPal, your bank, or credit card company) will automatically convert the amount to your local currency based on the current exchange rate at the time of purchase. Any conversion fees or foreign transaction charges applied by your bank or payment provider are the buyer’s responsibility.

Limitation of liability

1. I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of my products.

2. My products are not intended for rough handling. I am not responsible for damage caused by improper handling.

All masks sold on this website are fan-made replicas created for artistic and collectible purposes only. I do not claim ownership of the original mask designs, which are the intellectual property of their respective owners.
